Martial Arts School Network ("we", "us") operates this website and a connected Facebook Page. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

- Account information: email and authentication details for administrators who sign in.

Facebook and Meta platform data
We use the Meta Graph API solely to publish posts to our own Facebook Page (Martial Arts School Network). Our app:
- Stores a Page Access Token for our own Page, encrypted at rest and accessible only to our server.
- Does not collect, store, or process personal data of Facebook users.
- Does not sell, license, or share any Platform Data with third parties.
- Uses Platform Data only to publish and schedule content to our Page.
How we use information
- To deliver requested templates and resources.
- To send occasional updates about new resources (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that host and operate this website, under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete it.
Your rights and data deletion
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@martialartsschoolnetwork.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will confirm deletion within 30 days. If you interacted with our app through Facebook, you can also remove it from your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and access controls.
Children
This site is intended for adult school owners and operators. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
